I doubt you could do anything to get your account back,Google is evil. I think you aren't earn much from Adsense ,eh? Otherwise they would send you a warning. Forget about it and move on.
That's a shabby way to treat people. Even if he's only earned $40, it looks like he's done it honestly (from the ban reason) so surely he's entitled to his cash. The advertisers received traffic and possibly conversions thanks to ads on his site.
sorry to say but once google disable a account then there is no way you can get it back... and the reason they diable your account is maybe because of invalid clicks or something like that.... google sucks... and they dont protect there publisters.... PM me and i will tell you my secrets... the only thing you will have to do is join under me from my referal....
i hate it when they give such vague reasons. But since they make their own rules they can find loopholes to kick you out whenever they want...

Google Adsense Team is Just Like A Hungry Bitch They Deceive me. I have earned about $500 Last Month and generate no illegal activity. I have lot of Visitor and Impressions and also Lot of Clicks But They Banned Me.. So Please Guys I have Requested you to Please Don't Use Google Adsense Any More.
I'm earning practically nothing per click with adsense now. 10cents per click and only 0.18 CTR... Hmm...

I agree. Dont hope anymore that you can get back your account. Even you sent an appeal to Google, it has 99% chance that it will just be deny.
Where you get your traffic? And what kind of content did you post? I'm pretty sure it has something to do with either one...
