I registered on your website pending for approval. I am a honest publisher who was innocently banned from adsense. I emailed google, and still haven't hear back from them.

I suggest you contact google and ask them where your site is against adsense TOS or not

Just for knowledge sake, Google prolly wouldn't like that someone is running another AD-network using their own. As far as i know, they haven't outsourced that work to anyone YET.

Be 100% sure of their TOS and legal terms. This might have more related issues than you might have thought of including but not limited to legal prosecution and lawsuit.

You guys got me concerned so I decided to email Google about it, but still haven't gotten a response. However I think am going to go ahead with the service for now. If anyone has any suggestions on where I can let more people know about the site, please let me know.

I would advise against going ahead before you had any reply from adsense, in case if you are banned as a result of these, those who joined will also suffer along. Best to get a clear cut answer before continuing. You are taking in members and you will have a responsibility to them and proceeding when there is such uncertainty sure won't be fair for your members.

How is the service working out?
Sounds risky but if anyone has been banned from adsense, it's hard to find an alternative.
Do you honestly pay via paypal? How often, monthly?
Have you used any anti-click fraud services?
