If google adsense can ban accounts of 3 to 6 years publishers who are earning at least $10 a day, what more if they'll review my very low earning blog. :(
Oh, and my blog is currently down because I am still waiting for my webhost to accept / process my request for upgrade.

Poor you , my friend . Sometimes Google can not explain any reasons why banning your account and i would like to recommend that you should create new account or try another programs. I also posted a article about this issue last few days. If you are interesting in , just come to my blog and read it.

So if there is no suspicious activities, the site/account is never reviewed by humans? Or at which point it is? Do they have shortage of humans in Google?

I have already explained them everything along with the stats (of the last 6 months) too. Even after seeing the truth, they still believe that they are right. So they denied my appeal and my account now remains banned forever.

There is no shortage of humans in Google. They have thousands of software engineers who write codes to improve their search engines and advertising platforms, and thereby getting a six digit figure salary every month. They therefore do not wish to employ people (humans) to ban (I mean, to review :)) websites, as thousands of websites are banned everyday. So those humans have developed automated techniques (bots) which will automatically identify websites which involves in suspicious activities and ultimately bans them. If you however file an appeal after getting banned, a human would then take a look at your website (just for the sake of taking a look at it) and again confirms (on 99.99% of the times) that your website will indeed be banned.

Thank you for an extended answer. So if that is the case why so many publishers get banned at their first $100 check? If there is an issue at that threshhold why bots dont catch and ban them earlier?

Simple - We all know that for every click that you get paid, even Google gets paid. Let us assume that you get $1 per click. So for every $1, you get about $0.70 and Google gets about $0.30 per click. Now if Google bans you after you earn $1, Google only gets $1 from you. But if Google bans you when you earn $100, Google gets $100 from you !!!! If Google bans you once you earn $500 then Google gets $500 from you !!! So, Google will (usually) never ban people who earn less money. They only target people who are earning huge money but has not yet got paid.
