Adsense Account disabled because of revenue sharing

Just recently I've had my account disabled with Google after my balance was nearly $100.

Last week I signed up for this revenue sharing program on Sitepoint http://marketplace.sitepoint.com/listings/33376 which seemed pretty legit, but I guess its not now due to the results that I've received this morning.

Has anyone been in this sort of issue and how do I proceed with Google? Would providing them with how I signed up for that program help me get my account back on its feet?

I usually don't sign up for offers like the above, but this one was just too tempting.:eek:

    Thanks

I signed up aswell and got my adsense disabled today.

Here is my thread i made: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=791741

I think google can activate our accounts if point them to the right direction.

He clearly states HE CHECKED WITH GOOGLE and they said OK.

Yea and if this is against Google's TOS, could someone point it out to me and where? Thanks

Also, the email I got from Google, doesnt give me an exact reason for why my account was banned:

    Same reason as me.

I will try to write a detailed email to them soon in hope of getting active.

I am also working on getting a refund of my money from that guy.

I think its always best to steer clear of things like this, dont take someones word for it and just because they say its ok its always worth checking for yourself first, im sorry to hear about this with you guys. :(

I'm not positive but I think it has something to do with this...

It looks like the site is charging members to use their adsense id.

i highly doubt it has something to do with sitepoint revenue sharing. DP has rev sharing as well and most of us are using it for some time now without any issue. adsense rev share is legid
