Adsense account disabled at 1600$

hii friends...

i am using adsense from one year suddenly my account was rejected with no reason. Thet did't gave any perticular reason..here is the email i got from adsense..

account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

there was hold on my payments from past 3 months...i removed my old details and i did't update payment details..what shall i do now???? I mailed google through appeal form two times but no reply....

 

tell them that you've contacted your lawyer and would be more than happy to settle the balance owed in court, they'll pay you.

 

what was your site, you must have done somethign REALLY stupid or tried to fraud,

we'll see what we can suggest

( although there is not much you can except for one thing)

 

Assuming you're not bullshitting us, and your earnings were totally legitimate, here's my advice.

They've been sued recently, and the plaintiff won in small claims court. They probably don't want any more exposure in this department; the case was all over the media. If you are certain they can't prove any kind of fraud, simply make them aware that you will gladly file suit to recover your earnings.

 

What is your web address?
You might have done something wrong which is not good according to their terms and conditions.

anyways, if it was whitehat earnings, they are pulling a recession snag on your ass, tell them you're prepared to take them to court if need be. They will respond.

did you make 1600$ in 3 monts ? that is impresive ... I am guessing you have a website with at least 2000 visitors /day. Here are a few things to consider:
-When your account is terminated you dont need to be given a reason. its in the TOS
-Have you been cliking on your ads? Or have you been trying to be smart and use proxy ip to click on them? witch is also in the TOS.
-Someone else wanted to barry you and started repetedly cliking and cliking your adds.
-you have popup windows on your website.
-Adult or warez content
-You are using viral traffic to get visitors.
-telling people to click your ads.
- Just go read the TOS agen ... It might spark some ideeas

If you are trully honest and obeyed the TOS email them back and tell them this. I think usually they chek an account manualy when you make a large summ of money over a shorp period of time.

If you are trying to get a response from AdSense themselves... then you are going to be waiting a while.

It seems like AdSense closes a lot of accounts "without any reason".
A mate of mine got his account closed the day he reached $100. Google told him that it was because of click fraud. He didn't know anything about it before some "friends" of him told him that they wanted to "help him out", and they clicked several times each every day, which resulted in a ban.

I know that can be really annoying. I have known people who had the same predicament and I really don't know what to say. But their advice here if you think you are in the right position then let the court chase them (google)

 

contact adsense service and privede them the analysis

 

They cannot cancel your account with out any reason!!
But if you are really genuine then request them to re-verify your account!!

 

If you are from Chine -- Then i think Chineses are not allowed any more to make their persoanl websites and blogs?

 

You will get your money. but you wont be able to operate your adsense account any longer. They will pay you what they owe you.

 

Man you really need to goto the court if its about 1600 dollars else you can move on as the guy says

I have 2000 visitors per day I dont make more then 4$ a day on entertainment site

 

omg is your site againts the TOS or google try to cheating alot here when they reached big earn and google baned their acount really unfair ...
