I understand that google diasable account if there are invalid click, I have check my server Ip and all ip came from diffrent parts of U.S there is no reason why google should disable my account? I have request google to look on my sitation but google respond was that you are risk to our advertiser and we will not reopen your account. Is there other way to get google my account? How about Lawsuit again google corporation in Fedral Court as for discrimination?
I do believe the terms of use that you obviously didn't read stated they can cancel your account any time for any reason.
It is their rights under their TOS, anyone can file a law suit but I guess such law suits would be thrown out as frivolous. You have presented your case, and they had given you their reply. It is time to move on look for others and not continue harping over it. A law suit would be hilarious to be frank.
I wouldn't even bother, unless you have 100k to spent on lawyer fees. I too was banned from adsense. We are just the unlucky ones. Sorry to hear about your situation.
