    Hi,

My website has been accepted with adsense, now , I know that I can create another channel for another website, but do I have to ask google to approve the website before adding links to it in another channel?

I'm trying to figure this one out.

Nope. Just create the code and slot it in every page you can. I have the one account for plenty of sites. Just added channels to monitor which is doing what.

As Whimpering Warrior said. But if you have any doubts if your second site is suitable for Adsense or not, make sure you ask them to approve it first. And of course I hope you've read the TOS thoroughly. You'll be shocked how many new webmasters don't bother, only to get banned for doing something completely (to them) innocuous.

Because the conditions, as you say, are not clear, and it's better to send off a 2-sentence email and wait a day for a reply then getting banned and never making a dime with Adsense again. That's why. ;)

It is also know that any sudden increases in your CTR will red flag your account for review. Adding more sites can create an increase. If you expect that your new site will increase your CTR, you should at least pop off an email so you can use it in an appeal if you ever need to.

G must be smart enough tto findout where and why the high CTR is coming from. If you are sure about the content, just go ahead and add it.
