I just don't see Google banning accounts for no reason, Maybe your ads weren't converting for the advertiser, clicking on your own ads???

If you're ready to pay $$$, I'd hire someone to write a professional letter and send it for reinstatement.

Yes. Just needs to make sure the writer addresses all the problems and logs are provided.

Cut your losses and move on. Open up a sole proprietorship, a new checking account, and an address at Mailboxes Etc. The UBI (Unified Business Identifier, a SSN for businesses) will take the place of your Social. Instead of your name, use your business name, and instead of an address use your new mailboxes address. Then get a prepaid cell phone for your phone number. After that, switch hosting (IP) and domain names. Use multiple 301s if you have a ton of traffic you don't want to lose. Once you are approved, switch out offending code and there ya go!

That's one way to go if you want to take the easy way out.

Easy! You have to file paper work at three different places and buy a phone! Not to mention new hosting, domain name and redirects.

Getting Google to re accept you is probably harder and not guaranteed!
