How in the hell can the guy even get started if he has no legal representation?

The law firms advertise to find members of the class after the case is started.

This guy will never get anything started, he can not even answer simple questions presented by members here at DP.

I am Roger and I am here to report that Google forgot to email me an invitation to signup for Google Adsense. This oversight has brought me much grief and even depression. I am looking for other webmasters who were also overlooked. I think that my mental suffering caused by Googles oversight is worth $842,615.88. If I can find 99 others who feel as I do, then we can join together and get a class action ... Oh well, you've heard the rest.

Class Action Lawsuit attorneys take a percentage of what you get and they get paid only if they a case win, that’s why I need people who have lost money, so a good attorney will appoint us. There not going to take 40% of 104 peoples total of $118,983.32 as of 10:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (if we lose attorney gets NOTHING, if we win google has to pay the 40% along with each of our checks we lost in full). The only thing I, or anyone who shows up to court will have to pay for is there transportation, if you live in the trash can outside the court room then you don't even have to pay for that. And if you don't want to come, although we want you to (fills up the court, looks good) if you don't you will obviously still get your check, I will contact everyone in Phase 2. I must thank this forum and all the forums I have posted in, we are getting close! A few more people, and attorneys will flee to us. (AIMING FOR ABOUT $600,000+ OR MORE IN CLAIMS)

SO which is it? does the attorney take a 40% contingency fee or does the court award fees? You just said both in this statement. By the way - the Court sets the attorney's fees in cases like this, not you or the lawyer.

Listen man, I lost $5,800+ and I was contact by a person who had proof he lost 16,000+ if your not making enough money that's your problem, don't compare yourself with others. I swear I made 5,800+ and it wasn't off my gaming site it was a meso site... And I am not lame enough to go to school and ask people to click I would explain what I did *COUGH* SPAM *COUGH* but that’s all I am going to say, it's a gold mine and best part was with google for only 8 days, and made 5,800, but I didn't do anything illegal! It is possible someone who went there, didn't find what they wanted so they clicked on it a bunch of times to get me banned*ANOTHER HINT*. That's all I am going to say. I was getting like 2,000 impressions a day and 17-74% clicks, trust me I am not lying, don't believe me, honestly I feel stupid now, because I haven't got one cent. So you can laugh about that, but if it would have worked, I could easily by your hummer in about 10 weeks. And easily too, all cash. BUT! It didn't even though it was 100% legal I did get banned, so that sucks. And I am just wonder, how much does your sorry asses make? I feel like an ass right now, but... you guys will be the asses when I get back in the game. I am pretty sure I got banned because I made $1016.84 one day then I made $17.78 because I never even got a warning I just got kick. There ads cost went down so I didn't bother spamming my site. All and all google fucked me over, I had a good thing going I have about 2,300 impression then only 200, lol so, I learned never to stop spamming your site.
