He hasn't banned me because 90% of what he's making on AdSense clicks is from his little plug ins in this forum. Duh, he's welcome to ban be though. ;) even if he does I assure you he wouldn't dare ban this forum, 2,200+ clicks from unique visitors in less then 4 days? Even if he gets a CTR of 10% he's got at least 200 clicks from here which would suck to my standards (which is about 400 clicks a day and 17-35% CTR) but it's not to shabby for him =P trust me the only reason why I get so many clicks and my CTR is so high is because I have the weirdest combination of knowledge. Don't ask (and it's not porn)

I didn't check for errors, if it doesn't make sense to bad.

Well, I disagree with that post...

Shawn only earns 50% of the income from these forums, and he also makes more money elsewhere...

For all intensive purposes, if Shawn were to ban you - It wouldn't dent his income one bit...

    Just my $0.02

He might not ban you for silly statements, but if you keep making smart ass remarks you never know.

If I were you I would not be a pompous ass, try to control your ego boy, because if you piss me off more I am going to sock to you like you never had a forum beating before.

Lawsuit, like most kids you have trouble knowing when you're over the line... that last post of yours was insulting and defamatory. It probably won't get you banned because people are making allowances for you but it sure won't win you any good karma.

The AdSense from these forums *might* buy a meal once a day. If you *really* think the only reason I haven't banned you is because I make money off your thread/posts, you are pretty naive.

If for whatever reason, you would prefer to be banned, let me know and I will fulfill your request.

In truth, I just think your posts are funny, that's all. :)

I'm starting to get the impression that you don't read anything (for example Google's terms of service). Because if you did, you would realize that you can have 50% of the AdSense revenue for your threads/posts here.

Go ahead and utilize it, and maybe you will be able to buy yourself a coke after a month or so.

John, have you ever thought of becoming a comedy writer, because son, that is where your future is.

You could write for Mad Magazine or something, just get someone to do the illustrations and you could write content for comic books.

You would be a smash at it "Little John".

Lawsuit, I've had problems with Adsense in the past. And I'm sure Google has had problems with many publishers, but you'll never win a suit against Google. And suing them isn't the smartest thing you can do, either, insofar as they are protected by their TOS.

Sometimes people deserve to be sued. Fraudsters need to be sued. Blatant liars need to be sued. But Google doesn't need to be sued. Any actions they have taken against publishers were simply to protect the integrity of their system, IMHO.

Your the first person to say this isn't possible, now I really will consider it... hmmm... OK! I give up! (I am joking if you can tell JohnScott) TOS goes out the window when you go to court. It's not a signed agreement, therefore it cannot be legal. I recommend anyone who is coming here to try to stop me atleast does some research on these matters, it waste my time, and as a student, I don't have much time to waste.

a think a TOS is a legally binding agreement - when you registered your social security number it explicitly stated that it was asking for your electronic signature, which IS valid.

Plus, adware companies base THEIR practices often on the TOS alone. With such a weighty burden, I think any TOS that you explicitly agreed to will shoot down any plans you have.

Well, your wrong. Electronic signatures/TOS are legally binding. There is always a way to argue around it (you should know, if both your parents are lawyers) if you were *seriously* wronged, which obviously you were not.

lawsuit @david is right simply by signing up and clicking the accept button on TOS with any services is considered as digital signature. So what do you think the copyright laws and internal agreement for? Dont act like dumb if your not. (the question is, are you acting?)

Yes, but some things you can't sign over, like you life for instance. You can't sign off someone to kill you. Just as well when Google says they have the right to ban you for no reason, that won't stand in court. If it was like that, I would sell DVD's for $5 and have a 2,000,000 word agreement, hiding in there, we have the right not to ship the DVD and get your money for free. Sure, 3%-5% would read it, and maybe 10%-12% would be intimidated by it and not agree all together, but that 85% of people who don't read it and just agree, would end up losing all there money (which would be a good business, I wish it was legal, because it's a damn good idea), so once again...

    Don't think.

Oh yeah, and Minstrel I know you want my undivided attention with you little comments, but from here on out, you won't hear from me anymore. Unless of course you messages show the utmost respect for me. Got it? I may be 15, but I don't like being disrespected, especially by a poser. I already apologized for my comments earlier, and I don't want to deal with you anymore.

Also, the avatar stays, if it's to bright and flashy for you, buy a tinting for you screen, because it's not my problem.

I have to go, math homework’s a bitch.

    Peace.

Um, didn't I just say that? Again, TOS are legally binding unless you are seriously wronged. You, "lawsuit" were not seriously wronged. If you were, please quote the TOS that you violated, but won't stand up in court. And, don't say you didn't violate the TOS, you've already admitted to it numerous times in this thread.
    Well, again, your wrong...
Your avatar is not too bright and flashy....I love Vegas, but your avatar is just totally obnoxious.
