Adsense Account Banned due to invalid click activity

Hi to All,

A few minutes ago i got an email from Ad sense that my account is banned and the reason stated there is that account is banned due to invalid click activity.I know how my account is banned a friend of mine a few months back turned enemy this time and he clicked on my ads i know.

Now i have two Questions?

Q1 Is there any benefit of filling the adsense appeal form and if yes then how to fill it?
Is there any way that i can take a legal action about the person responsible for my banned account and inform Google about him?


Q2 Can i use other adsense account on the banned accounts Websites or Blogs?

You can file an appeal but in most cases it doesn't work, take a look at the AdSense help forums, you'll get an idea about it. About taking legal action against someone, you must have solid proof in hand or else that person may file a harassment case against you

 

Read this it will help you...

1. Don’t simply appeal by replying to the Google mail that notified you that you have been banned. File a formal appeal for reinstatement using Google’s official Invalid Clicks Appeal Form.

2. Correctly input all needed information in the form. Also include your real name, address, and other contact information (preferably the same information in your Adsense profile). This sends Google a signal that you are serious in your appeal.

3. Phrase your email in a formal, corporate, sincere manner. Always check for correct spelling and grammar. Do not curse, rant, or threaten legal action against Google. In the same way that you will be annoyed at a fiery email sent to you, Google will certainly not appreciate similar emails.

4. Offer to cooperate with Adsense, in the best possible way you can, should they decide to investigate your case. Show concrete proofs of your “innocence” — traffic logs of your site, explanation of possible causes of invalid clicks, screenshots and evidence that those clicks were not made or intended by you. Include a line that says something like, “If there’s anything else I can do to help in your investigation of my account, please let me know.”

5. If Google has still not responded to your issue, send regular follow-up emails but make sure you DON’T SPAM them. When sending follow-ups, ensure that your writing is calm and patient. A mail that says “Still no reply after two weeks? C’mon, Google, don’t tell me you’re not reading my emails!!!!” will definitely ruin your chances of a possible reinstatement.

Several publishers who got banned got their accounts reinstated after following the steps above. You can do the same.

Yes following faheem guidelines, you do have a slight chance of getting your account reconsidered.

Never do this. It will cause the 2nd account to get banned too.

 

guys filling out appeal form wont work out..and yes you can use other adsense accounts on the sites...if anyone wants to know more about adsense and their policies can contact me by pm also if someone wants a new adsense account approved can also contact me by pm.

I dont have the answer all of your question.But I think there should not be any problem if you use other adsense account in your banned blogs or sites.Adsense banned your account not your sites.Just one question arise in my mind that is there is a chance of your other adsense account banned when your friend know that you have again place adsense ads in your sites.

 

It is against google TOS to have second google adsense account. So using your blogs on such accounts is prohibited.
Actually you can try making it, but there is big possibility to be banned

Also filling of the forst is almost with no success

 

I also wonder how google deal with those who click on enemies' google ads.

 

happend same wid me, and i tried appealinggg, but as already known, there is a less than 1% chance you will get your accoutn back!!
they jsut dont wanna listen lol

Adsense account is harder to safeguard. YOu should get in touch with adsense representatives on phone ..and tell what happend.

 

Now adsense is so strict about clicking by yourself and fraud clicks. So I dont think its possible to get your account back

No, you can't or else your another account will also get banned.
And better make another account with different name.

 

Try different name, different address and probably you can create different POB for convenience.But there is also one question in my mind. If the same user creates another account in same name and address, will google ban them immediately or after reaching the payment threshold? Do they send the same guy PIN CODE?
