Make sure your website complies with the TOS, go to blogger and make a couple blog posts on a couple things and then register with adsense, basicly 98% chance you'll be accepted.

I would join bloger and then make blog. You will be able to get adsense account for the blog. Then make sure you cna out the ads on proxy site.

Did I just answer this over at V7N?

You are allowed to put your ads on proxy homepages, but they probably don't encourage it which is why your site got rejected. Try and get approval using a different site (Blogger if necessary) and then, once approved, put your ads on the proxy homepage only.

You are not allowed to display AdSense on proxified (framed) pages.

adsense mostly does not like proxy sites.

you can try to be accepted with a blogger blog
