on social media sites you need to be very careful, there are lots of Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi spammers to get quick money and get you banned.

i believe if it's your first time than google might give you a chance if you contact them, but the chances are very minimal

Step 1: Resolve the situation by removing all of the offending content from your site
Step 2: Contact the Adsense team and assure them that following the rules that you agreed to is your highest priority and inform them that you have resolved the situation. There should be instructions on what to do/how to contact them in the email you received, yes?

Your site does not seem to comply with the TOS(illegal downloads). My suggestion (assuming only your site banned and you still have the account active) create another site and then put the code there, and this time do not link to illegal content or inappropriate content.

Getting your adsense account 're-activated' isn't easy. Most of the time Google couldn't care less, and it doesn't want to jeopardise its advertisers, so chances are you will be blocked permanently.
    good luck though

Please follow the instructions as said by Tearabite . You should let Google know about what actions you have taken to comply with their TOS. Be polite and assure them that you won't violate their rules.

Firstly the good news is that's only a partial ban as it sounds like your other sites are still running so it's not an account ban, Also you have no privacy policy, which has been a mandatory adsense requirement for around 2 years now, and not having one can result in a total ban. So I'm saying as the others have, make sure your site complies with the TOS, and not just the sites content. It also occurs to me an advertiser may also have complained over your content if it infringed theirs - just a thought?

very difficult to restore the GA account suspended, but would not hurt you to try the way as above.

Try to appeal to adsense. See if you can get back your adsense account.
