Adsense a/c approved in 2 hours!

My wife's Adsense a/c got approved in 2 hours. I think that's super fast. What has been your experience?

 

Blogger accounts get approved in 1-2 days usually.
2 hours is extremely fast.

 

Yes. Was pleasantly surprised especially after I had read all the various threads saying 1-2 days required for approval.

 

Wow, I got approved on a free Geocities page some time back in about an hour. I never knew it took a day or two.

 

Was it some great big site?

My wife's Poetry site has been around for 2 years now, but Adsense ads first time.

 

I have, but my wife did not have one on her name.

 

That is fast most sites take 1 or 2 days.

 

There is a slight problem with AdSense:

 

It depends on luck really. It matters how quaickly one of the staff come across your application.

 

Probably since the code is new, it will take some time to show relevant ads?

It would have been better if you would have let her use your account and just made a new channel for her.

Nothing wrong in having two accounts, but sometimes (rarely), for some strange reason if one account gets banned , the other would get banned too.

I am assuming both of you have the same address and use the same IP to access the internet.

Wow, that's super fast. Must be no other people opening up accounts or they hired more people to work for Adsense

I was approved in about 2 days

 

Less than an hour, with a blog- was surprised it happened so fast!

 

When i applied in Sept 2006, got approved in 30 mins..can anyone beat that
