Don't worry about it , it is a normal rate many times for general niche sites and blogs . But try to optimize your content according to good keywords and advertisers . Lack of googd keywords make such problem many times but don't overdose keyword on single page because this can harm you too in seo side .
The ads depend of your site content. If your content shows low paying ads, then you need add/change it to get higher paying ads. It is possible with very low content or text that you get more general ads not so related to your website's content. Add stuff will help in that case.
Actually you should have at least $6 for 32 clicks. But it depends on the keywords you're using. Maybe update some posts could get higher paying keywords, eh?

You need to focus on higher paying keywords. Also you're still getting low numbers of clicks 32? come on... you've still got some way to go. Work on you content and presentation, then focus on promoting your site. Adsense is all about traffic. You can start to worry when you've got high numbers going through your site and google ain't paying nowt.
