I think Adsense pay few money if you aren't in a good niche , 0.50 $ should be the minimum for a click , what you think ?

well, how much AS will pay depends on how much advertisers are paying for a click. for some click advertisers pay 10 cents & for some $5 or more. totally depends on keyword. and google shares part of the revenue that it gets from its advertisers. however, what % of revenue is shared with its publishers is a closely guarded secret of adsense which G doesn't want to share

yea advertiser decides how much he wants to pay, but there are minimum sometimes on keywords before they are active

$5 per click would be good when its from my adsense but i also use adwords and no way im giving out $5 per click lol, im not that rich, not yet :D

$0.5 minimum per click probably isn't good if you just want people to visit your site. Think about the people that use adwords.. would you pay 0.5+ for a single click?

This is due to lack of traffic, my humor site only gets $0.12 on average per click, but I get over 200-300 clicks a day. Your complaining about the quaility of your clicks, when you should be worried about how many you get.

It's true , think at this : if you live in Europe or U.S.A you must earn more than 30 $ / day to have a decent living , 1000 $ is a decent living for a month but if you live in Afganistan then will build... a second White House with 1000 $
so let's go to ... Afganistan or let's ask Google pay a little more for the ads :)

$1000 is not decent living for a month...

raise the minimum to .50 and the advertisers will pull out of your niche. Instead of getting .01 per click you'll get 0.00. Enjoy those earnings

I'm doing just fine on certain niches. On others, clicks are 0.01-0.05$/click, which is expected. I don't b!tch about them because I know they are crappy niches, yet they still make me money.

$1000/month is decent living? :O! That's not even housing costs in LA!

Why? Should have to earn your earnings, not just be handed them. Earn them by creating a site that drives quality visitors to the advertiser's site.

Go for it, was there and I prefer it here.

Really? On a bad day I can easily buy a half-gallon of Breyers ice cream for about 20 clicks.
