I had requested for PIN number before 6 months ago but still I have not got that. So, again I have requested that. I have got a massage that I will get a postcard within 5-6 weeks. Can you tell me what is the importance of It and how much important it is?

PIN is in form of a small post card, and it is very important, since Google uses it to verify your address. You must enter the PIN into your account, or you won't be paid for the earning in Adsense.

After 11 months my Adsens money is $20. I will get my money after completing $100. I am tenant. I will get PIN number within 3 weeks and will update for verify my address. After having verified my address I will get my check by Adsens center on that address. If I change my house in the mid and also I update online, my address on adsense account then...?
Neeta Google will only send a PIN when your account reaches $20 so they wouldn't have sent one to you 6 months ago. You will get an email from Google to notify you when one has been sent. Google will only transfer money when the account reaches $100. Unfortunately if it has taken you 11 months to earn $20 at the current rate, that's another 4 years before you see any return. The good news is that you can notify them of a change of address if you do move in that time.
Six months is a long time interval You should apply for a new adsense account. And you cannot get your payment by the time you don't get your PIN.
I am also waiting for my PIN to come, its around 2 month now and i did not receive my first PIN. i also requested for second PIN. I am very close to my 100$, so i need PIN.
PIN is very important, you can't receive payment if you don't remove any holds in your account. You can request PIN for 3 times and if you still not receive it. You can contact them as you can see the link on your pin page.
There is something somewhere to resend the PIN, as I got sent it but didn't know what it was at the time and lost it when moving house, but got it resent (it took a while though, but no longer than they said, probably 5-6 weeks international post).
