Adsens in Software related Blogs OR websites.

    I just want to know that allot of peoples are saying that warz blogs are not allowed to place adsens.

    Warze means Software Related blogs (am i right)
    If yes, then why popular websites which are promotiong softwares are not yet banned by google.
    For example (softpedia.com, downloads.com, mydigitalife.net etcc....)

    Please guide me.

    i guess u mean warez? well, all these websites do not share warez/cracks/serials they just share the softwares both free and commercial use. People download them from their websites or sometimes the official website and use a trial version or whatever they want.

    They do not go against the law when they share trial version softwares or free softwares, somehow they are helping promote the softwares from their respectable companies.... i don't find anything wrong it and somehow it helps the companies promote their softwares

    warez websites are website that host cracks and serials. you can make a website that is about software but do not include cracks and serials. as this is against the TOS of adsense..

    You can talk about cracks (freedom of speech) without giving them away to your visitors. Moreover, why do you want spend your time doing lots of research on this topic? Are you interested in creating sites like that

    Warez aren't just "softwares", warez are cracked versions of softwares, they include serials, key generators, nulled scripts.. Basically, everything about "warez" is illegal. It's a form of piracy.

    the warez that are illegal is what they really mean. when they say illegal, those are software that aren't free and cost about $100 yet they give away for free using those links like rapidhare, hotfile and etc.
