Select the HTML option when editing the post and just paste the code where you want it to appear.
A more sensible option on blogger is the use the AdSense widget.

 

Did you mean the best that I do not put code in the topic ??

Sounds like your wanting the ad in the post with the text wrapping around it? if so this might work.
