    it depends on your website. there is no specific max amount. there are persons who make about $100 per day while some making about $10 per day. it depends.

    yes, that's right. but it strongly depends on the system of money transfer that you have chosen. sometimes you are not able to have it all because of certain limitations

    It depends how popular your site is, how many clicks you get daily. The technique is to write quality content and to drive as much traffic to your site. Adsense though needs a lot of hard work at the start. You can also join blogging communities. In them, you just write content and they take care of the traffic.
