Yes, and? There are billions of them out there. It doesn't necessarily violate the TOS, since it does have content -- that copy/paste "article" at the bottom. It's pointless to point them out and a waste of your time.
Hilarious. I wonder how they get the traffic ? Probably the traffic is being directed from a mother site ? BTW, how they manage to make out those ads ? without any contents.
The "site" (such as it is) looks like a one-page subdomain, so his main domain is probably already in the search engines. He puts the pages up and never touches it again. Sooner or later someone will stumble across it (like the OP), and if he's lucky, they won't know about Adsense, and will click on his ads, and make him some money. Of course the traffic will probably be low, but he probably has 100s of 1000s of sub-domains on other "topics", all with wikipedia content, of course.
I found this site by searching for directory and he had it sponsor by adword. There paying for adword to make money off adsense--
Adsense serves up those good ads because his keyword is "pets" From the top to the bottom, pets is stuffed in just about every sentence. Would not be a bad site if the person built it up with more content about pets, some good pet resources, etc. Altogether, a nice one pager! See, the somebodies on the net who push the idea of creating hundreds and thousands of adsense sites say that this is the way to make money with adsense. Simple one page sites!
Did you notice that the bottom article doesn't show everytime you refresh the page?! So that leaves the adsense ads alone on the page. That's a pretty nasty trick!... I'm not 100% sure about it though. It may be my Firefox... Or not..
