    it rarely happens, Mail them for reconsideration, But they never respond and reject right away, probably you can go for another publisher. Like Chitika

    Once Google deactivate any account then there is noway to reactive it. Final solution is you may apply with different payee name for new adsense acc.

    Very hard to re-activate an account after banning. Better to sign up to other publishers such as Chitika, ValueClick Media etc.

    you can only appeal, if appeal fail, forget about adsense and move to other program
