Hi I am new, Dutch and happy that I found this forum. I am quiet desperate now ... After login into my Adsence account, which I already have for many years, it does not recognize my account. The page opening after login says I do not have an Adsence account. When loggin at the usual Google account, Google does see my other options like videos etc I already did everything to solve the problem: 1. Deleted all my cookies, history and temp internet files 2. Made a new password 3. Emailed the helpdesk of Google Adsence daily for 2 weeks now and they do not have an answer as only the solution as in point 1 and 2. They asked me twice for a screenshot which I did ... no solution Who can help me out please??? Thanx in advance JDC
Try to log in from some other PC having a different IP. Let us see whether it solves your problem -Dairyman
You might have to use a different type of ad publishing network. These sorts of problems happen with Google AdSense quite a lot now.
Maybe a firewall or some other software interfere with the login page. Make sure your computer is virus/trojan/malware free too. If it's not one of these, only the Google AdSense Team can help you.
use different browser and also different computer. since adsense is asking for screenshot and cant tell whats heppening, means your account is in good standing. something related to your computer or browser
Thanx, I tried on 3 different PC's, still no recognizing my Adsence account ... ??? weird. I work with Explorer, also tried with Firefox ... nada Like which one?? I earn good with Google adds so I am not happy to change. Anyway, this sucks
Nope Fka200 ... not banned since: 1. The helpdesk DO reply my emails but does not have a solution 2. I can see the other accounts 3. Google still pays
OK ... I scanned my PC on virusses, trojans, cookies and spyware .... NADA! Now? Google Netherlands does not have a solution, is it usefull to contact the head office in Dublin? and whats their email address?
1. Why should I be banned since I am a good and proper user? 2. Why do they reply my emails with this problem IF I am banned? Don't think so ...
Finally after 3 weeks 1 email reply per day and none in the weekends I can access my adsense account pfff They sent me a link to create a new password ... done On with work now
that's really weird, are you sure that they didn't delete your account accedentilly, or without notice??
