    There is no adsense you can put on a porn site, it is against their TOS...you may want to use CPAlead which offers ads and pays well for adult sites

    Adsense does not allow this if you do this your adsense account will get banned.

    When you add adsense it could display charities ads and Yes you could be banned very soon.
