    If the same IP addresses click on the ads multiple times you will be blocked. Ad injection plugin for word press seems to flag some blogs and stumble upon traffic seems to flag some as well.

    In this case you can pre-protect by set the the domains desirable to let the add occur to protect the bad guys take your ad to do bomb click by a terrible program.
    Remark: the word "bomb click" is popular in my country, means to when some ad get multiple abnormal clicks from the same IP
