My account was banned right as I reaches the threshold too. Never received a reply to my request to reactivate, I just received the same auto response each time I tried to contact them. The same thing happened to a friend of mine too. Shut down right as she reached the $100 threshold. They don't play fair.
if ur domain gets banned its very difficult to unban it!!!! google is very strict in those things!!!!

You may change your advertising agent to another one, which proposed by Jackson. At the same time, do not give up to keep appealing to Google if you really want to have Google Adsense back. We are not sure the reason of banned but please feel free to come back again if you need further assistant when Google replied you. I am sure DP members willing to help you out. All the best!

Communicate with google and Send them email regarding your problem if you had done anything wrong that might not fix the issue but atleast u will be confirmed that deactived on this domain.....and Say Thanks to God they just banned from Domain not Blocked ur Account Permanent because the google in the only Giant and have Monophly in the market can do anything......just try some private ads instead of google and try to increase your trafic....
If this is your first time, try appealing like the person said above. Having been a member since 2007 should help your cause.
friend Google Ban Never Lift, They dominate the whole market, monoply in this field, so make new account instead of crying for old one...No use for that...
