I just registered AdsbyGoogle.biz and AdsbyGoogle.us... I am wondering if you could check them out and tell me if they have any potential. If so I will be removing the Godaddy ad by upgrading to a paid hosting account, because that ad on top of the page is annoying. Anyway any insight will be appreciated. Thanks...

I'm pretty sure if Google really wanted that domain they could get it. You've included a registered trademark in the domain name so yeah, pretty bad idea.
Yeah, you just tossed away whatever you spent on those, if you even try to develop them Google can take them from you... without even compensating you the cost of the registration.
They can and they will, im geussing once your site is indexed it will be flagged and then a letter will come. Im not sure if you have seen how many domains google owns but they would forsure add that to the collection,
