    Hi,

I can't get my ads to validate on http://www.office-coolers.com/

I've got this working on my other sites but it just won't work here, even though the ads are showing.

    Any ideas?

What does the first line of your .txt file have in it (before the first <ad_break>)?

yeah my fault - just been playing

Shawn, it looks as though the ad_network_412.php isn't connecting to your server or something. As a test I had copied the ad_network_ads_412.txt from another website I have which works. I've changed it back to a blank file and the ads are not showing anymore.

Hmmm... the first line is missing a parameter for some reason. Do you maybe have an old version of ad_network PHP file on the server somehow that is also being used at the same time?

Did you change (at ALL) the PHP file?

Try grabbing it again (and clearing the .txt file).

Ok done, now my ads aren't showing again.

Just a thought, I've had problems with this server before, the host have some pretty tight restrictions on php such as blocking fopen() could that be the reason the parameter is missing?

It's a possibility I suppose. You might want to check with them to see if they have any weird restrictions for fopen().

They have, it's not the first time I've had trouble with that function, I might just move the site to another server to be honest, this one can be pretty slow anyway.

I'll keep trying to fix it for a bit, but thanks for your help.
