I would say these ads are against the TOS. You must be very important to get an especial account, and I doubt they are. I think they just copied AdSense URLs.

Yes, premium adsense customers do have an option to remove that "Ads by google" link from within their account, plus many more features like ads without IFRAMEs directly on the target page (delivered through JavaScript).

If you get over 20 million ad impressions a month, they will allow additional formating.

So, it is most likely that removing the "Ads by Google" will improve CTR ?!
Or maybe they get better paying ads?

adsense ads are embeded within an IFRAME, you will see it if you look at the rendered source of the page. Its for security reasons, because we cant alter or access any content within an IFRAME containing a page from an external domain through javascript/dom etc (it prevents automatic/fraud clicks ;) ).

premium customers have option get ads delivered right on the target page instead of within an iframe. Now if you ask, why? probably because they dont expect any atempt to make automatic clicks from the customers who are already making much from it (remebers... milions of impressions, millions of visiters :) )

It may improve CTR, after removing it, and formatting the ads, they look really like page links instead of ad links. :)

I dont see any indication of an iFrame, it writes the code directly at the clientside through an external script call.

I know, what I'm saying is why they're allowed. Why they don't allow us to do the same?

Cause if you get atleast 20mil impressions, the possibilies of a purchase/click from those links are high. Guarenteed.
