Ads timing out?

    $ad_network = file_get_contents('http://ads.digitalpoint.com/network.php?type=link');

    Using that line of code in the phpinclude_start is causing me to timeout all of the sudden. This was working up until Saturday Night. Any idea why? I've commented this line out for now so my site isn't so slow.

    The vBulletin implementation changed a few months ago, so you would need to update your setup.

    Funny, I was looking at the instructions before you posted and apparently I was still seeing the old ones (even though I set my account up about 2-3 weeks ago). I just logged in again, and am now seeing the new instructions.

    Seems like the page is still timing out whenever I try to implement the ads. I have a feeling it has something to do with the file_get_contents function. Is there any way to check if this is enabled/disabled?

    Go ahead and try it now... it looks like your IP address was blocked because of the way you had it setup was causing excessive querying to the ad server.
