Hello people, I have a problem,
Ads (text) stopped rotating, nearly a week laready, some (text) ads still pending review since the same time (nearly a week)

I haven't been informed of anything - havent got any warnings or notifications etc.
My account is new (2 weeks old), only 16 usd was used for ads. Then stopped.

Does anyone has same kind of problems?

Thank you very much in advance for your answers!

The answer lies in your keywords. If your keywords are all marked as low quality score that probably means your landing page goes against the TOS. Check your keywords, are they still showing the cost per click thingy or low quality score?

Thank you, Vitalbusiness, for your reply!

A few keywords marked as this - Rarely shown due to low quality score
All the rest - Below first page bid

On other campaign all are - Eligible

It was strange that all stop at once, can it be that account is frozen for some reason, or something similar?
Im quite new to adwords and have no idea what it could be :(

I think the answer lies in the quality score of your landing page. That's all I can assume on this end. I don't know if you already did it but check out this help page from AdWords: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=47884
