Ads shown for sites not running co-op?

    I get alot of text links for www.nortonfinance.co.uk and www.getfinance.co.uk yet neither of these sites appear to be showing co-op ads. Am I understanding this network wrong? if so how are they getting into the co-op network without showing ads on their site?

    You can display ads on one site to build up weight and then display ads pointing to any other site.
