    Hi,

The ads are right there on the page (http:// w w w.sfrenter.com) but the spider keeps saying, "Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2005-06-13 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance)."

So here I am in the forum, making a request for assistance.

The site is regular ole PHP-based.

    Thanks!
    JB

Why do I need to have a /contact page? That wasn't mentioned here:

    http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/setup.php?type=99

Did I inadvertently tell the spider that I had a '/contact' page? I just want to have the ads on the homepage. Can I do that?

Right, but the homepage is in Google, too...

the point is - if google sees the page, ads need to be on it. if you don't have a contact page anymore, then you should ask google to remove it from their index.

ok, so for a more general question...

How do I get /contact.html to be processed by PHP? I added .htaccess with AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .htm .html but that didn't seem to do the trick.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!
