I suggest to put one Skyscraper (120x600) or Wide Skyscraper (160x600) ad under navigation links.

I'm not sure it will work out. Because I'm not an expert. But you can try.

    Good luck.

    BTW nice theme. :)

i always liked red to be a good color. but sometimes i get sick of looking at high contrast colors. anyway, about your ad placement, it blends well with your site, perhaps you should remove the borders? i prefer to put ads w/o it.

I changed the borders to the same color as the background. Tomorrow I will try and change it to the Skyscraper ad.

The placement of ads is not bad, but would be better if you put a link unit on top as well.

I suggest you change the background to white color. Also, place a ad unit at the top of first post.

    This will increase the CTR.

It's not very good in my opinion. Make the ads background the same as the site background.
The colors of this site are awful, my eyes hurt now :D

I agree with zexy and angilina the colors need to go. Also if you are trying to make money on adsense do not use a blog to do it because there are too many other places to click for them to get off your site without clicking on an ad.
With that said I also agree with angilina about putting ads in posts. If you must run a blog then make sure you put an ad in the post as the ads on your main page are not targeted.

And lastly what is your blog about???

    Make a niche...make money...enough said.

Your ads should have light color to make it contrast with your dark background.
