Review and tell if my ads placement is wrong ?

 

Not an expert on the subject, but from what I've heard and read having an ad near the very top of your web site like that is one of the worst places it can be. You might want to look at this ad heat map at https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=17954.

I think the same, try and fit in a skyscraper on the left or right and something on the footer

 

always ads must be placed only on the left or right...

 

left and right place is already reserved.

1. link ads under navigation bar
2. inside posting
3. text ads left or right posting side
4. picture ads upside comment box

 

There's a typo on the ads, it's "Sponsors" and not "Sponcers"

The ads are barely noticeable.

 

Horrible template. What is a "Sponcer"? Sorry, i know what you're going for, but I don't believe you can build trust if when people go to your site they see obvious spelling errors.

I would change the template to be more simpler, because of your site purpose.

I will include add at the top similiar to how you see in this forum - at the top.
