Ads placement question

guys, I have a critical question never answer before, its about ads placement in google, i want to play safe, I don't want to get banned twice, so I want to makesure everything is comply to google TOS, please help me to answer this question.

1. Its allowed to place ads like this (take a look at images 1)


2. the images float somestimes error, show the ads somestime shows on top of the images, its allowed?



Any help is appreciate.

 

The first one with the Home and other links above adsense is fine. As for the second one, I do not understand why you want to place your advert on top of your image. Wouldn't that make it look weird?

thanks for response, the second one is not actually my interest to put like that, in different page of post it happened auto-arrange just like that.

I use <div class="adsense-right"> and it automatically put ads on post, but sometimes the ads appear incorrectly.

So that's avoid the TOS?

you are basically overlaying the adsense ad with your own image, that's pretty bad you know that?

 

That why I ask about this, because I need a clear answer. So its not allowed right? I don't know why sometimes the images won't go far from ads.
