Ads on youtube video-download site

    I want to know is allowed to make site like www.downthisvideo.com, with only youtube videos and put google adsense on them.

    I ask because www.downthisvideo.com now dont have adsense, are google kick them out?

    Yes anybody can do this, it is allowed, that is why youtube is offering its code.
