    Hi,

Does it make sense to advertise domain services or hosting on Facebook?
Will the social networks audience be interested in such things?
    Anyone has experience?

    Thanks

Facebook has the ability to target your ads to people that might be interested in it. You could target people with entrepreneur in their profile, they might be more apt to sign up than a teeny bopper playing farmville. But you'd want to send them to a page that convinces them they need hosting in order to be a true online businessperson. Then just monitor your cost per click and your conversion rate to see if it's profitable.

ultimately if you do market and you get more than you spend then its worth it , just heed the advice above and monitor it ruthlessly

i think they charge by impressions. with sites like facebook your money would drain out before you realize. personally i would rather spend the money on search engine ppc.

Advertising on facebook is either CPC (clicks) or CPM (impressions) depending on your choice. And it is indeed targeted advertising.
You may find that most business owners who are on facebook do so to promote their businesses and most of them would already have their own websites. But this is not to say that nobody would be interested in hosting/domain services. Some may be looking for a better package or may be wanting to put up another website using another service.
There would also be those who do not yet have websites, and may be looking to get theirs, not just business websites but personal sites as well.
