I have a few other accounts with COOP ads running fine. However, today, I added a new site and have the ads display on every page via a footer. When I try to validate I get: Ads not found on http://www.mysite.com/B0001CSIZQ.shtml Ads not found on http://www.mysite.com/ But the COOP ads are clearly visibile and my ads.txt file is filling up. What is the useragent of the validator or IP so I can check my error logs?
Ads may be there but I did not see them. Why all the space between Updated: Tuesday, 14 June 2005 09:38 am and what follows? Good luck. Shannon
For those with a similar problem validating their sites, I just wanted to update as to the fix. I was using <iframe> to port the COOP ads into the footer of my .shtml pages as the php approach did not work. This method is sucessful in showing the COOP ads; however, the validator spider is not capable of seeing them at this point. Solution was to wrap the COOP php ads in a .cgi wrapper and include them using SSI.
