Ads OK on my site?

Actually, there's not much point posting this thread because I already sent them an e-mail asking about it; but meanwhile, while waiting for their reply.. are ads within TOS on my site? www.diggfinds.com

Especially the 728x15 navbar, I know you're not supposed to draw attention to your ads but putting the ads so they look like buttons - is it against the rules?

Looks okay to me. I like your exam answers post - I've seen those before but they always make me chuckle.

If you load it on FF, theres an ad on the left that's flickering and trying to load (strange) but the placement is fine..

Well I am an engineering student and love that kind of humor on mathematics.
Look at the find x- Image. It is great.

I think, the position is good, but on the left instead right would be even better.

I would put a Rectangular Block Ads at the end of the post
Current ad seem to be ok

Got a reply from adsense support and guess what.

    They say it's not allowed.

If you go to http://diggfinds.com , there's an empty menu bar at the top; that's were my ad was before I took it off few minutes ago.

    The reply was:
    Hi (my name),

I have reviewed the implementation of ads on your site and the placement
of the link units does not comply with our program policies.

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads
in any way, for instance, by formatting neighboring content to look
similar to the ads, or by making ads look like games or forum posts.
Additionally, publishers may not attempt to associate specific images with
the individual ads appearing on their sites. Such an implementation may
confuse users who assume that the image is directly related to the
    advertiser's offerings.

Please create greater distinction between your site and Google ads.

(following the list of usual Google links)
    Code (markup):
Weird thing is, when I surf around I see plenty of websites with ads placed to look like nav buttons. I know about the images-next-to-ad rule but this shouldn't qualify under it..
I only posted this because all replies in this thread said the ads should be OK. Just a future warning for anyone who wants to try this.
