Ads not running?

Hi,

I just signed up with YSM last night. They gave me a $100 credit, plus I put $30 of my own in, and my balance is $130. My campaign shows active, and I'm advertising on highly trafficked keywords (make money online, etc). However, I'm showing 0 clicks, 0 impressions, and it's been several hours.

Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

So now my balance has gone down to $103, but it still says 0 clicks/0 impressions. How can that be? They're charging me but their own reports show no clicks?

 

Try contact the costumer support ?

 

Maybe Yahoo does have a delay in updates? ... just a thought.

 

Don't worry... Yahoo! is all about mistakes and non-effectiveness...

 

Thanks for the laugh. Their reporting is crappy but I have tried the customer support and they emailed me a detailed reply and also followed up on the phone if I was completely satisfied.

I'm assuming in your case the ads are displaying however not reporting. So take you kw and search on yahoo and verify your ad until you hear back from cs.

 

Maybe its a delay with in the system. I suggest calling, their customer service.

I have started an account using a voucher in the past and none of the ads ran. I dont know maybe that has something to do with it.
