    Your issues is that , your website is not visible to everyone.
    When I tried to open, it show a blank screen, but
    when i see it through proxy,then it was showing.

    So this might be an issue. Your host provider might be blocking traffic from some regions.

    Otherwise, website seems okay for adwords.

    This happened to me, i forgot to disable coming soon plugin.. Before you apply to any program, adwords, adsense or any other make sure to check and duble check your websitre is working. I was fortuned that i noticed and reacted on time.

    Your website is not visible for me. You have to change it and if you can't do it yourself then hire somebody on fiverr to fix it for you. I hope you liked my advise.

    Once your website is live, go to : https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704383?hl=en

    Once you submit the form, they review it and enable your site.
