What's the URL of the site? Hard to say without actually seeing the content... obviously there must be trigger words happening. If it's a subdomain and the Mediabot hasn't visited yet, sometimes AdSense will choose ads based on what's on the main domain, too.

 

Perhaps, your conten's density has such trigger keywords that trigger irrelevant websites to appear.

 

Have you tried pointing out the relevant content to the adsense bot?
