It looks like the page is not parsing the php code. Are you sure that the .htacess is correct? Also, how did you in the php code on every page of your site? With a .txt include? - this will not work.

If you redirect in .htaccess from http: // your domain . com to www. yourdoman .com, and validate using http: // your domain . com, this error occurs! Try it with www or remove the redirect!
