So yea, my Adwords account has been configured and running for around 48-60 hours now, yet I have received no Ad Impressions or Clicks. I have charged over $100 to my account, and am also enabling a maximum of around $1.30 per click. I was wondering if this is because my max click is too high? I am also targetting all areas accross the world to try and get my ad displayed.

    My keywords are:
    Should I be concerned?

They may have a major issue. I'm as a publisher and get lots of impressions but no clicks, this since about a week or so.

Check if you are targeting Google Search network and not only content network.

Also double check if your keywords are active.

Use the diagnostic tool glass inside your adgroup to check the motive why your ads are not being displayed.

I've had a problem recently, when a campaign took a few days to go live.

My Google bod said something about them reviewing the campaign, but that was just to make me go away.

Strangely, my campaign started running less than an hour later...

    I'd suggest calling them...

well i hope theyre not starting to review all the campaigns as that will just slow down the whole process. and make there whole "have your ads showing to millions of people within 15 minutes!" slogan rendered a lie

    Hello,
Under Adword tools, there is a tool where you can check what is the high price for the keyword, with this information you can compare :)

Your account has to go through a reviewing process, that's all. Contact Google to get them to hurry things up.

Your maximum CPC is not too high. In fact, once your ad starts running, you will notice that you are bidding on some very costly keywords. Anything with hosting in it or especially web hosting costs a lot of money. Not the best campaign to start with.
