Ads not displaying

I can't figure this one out for the life of me.

I cannot get any ads to show in this account. Here is the rundown.

    - Account with $1000 in it.
    - 2 campaigns with 8 ads each. No one as has displayed since I funded the account.
    - There are no errors what so ever in the account. Google says everything is good to go.
    - I was bidding on about 35 keywords in each campaign. This is a USA political based campaign so the keywords and phrases are expensive
    - I have adjusted the daily budget from $35 to $200 and no ads display
    - I have paused all but 1 keyword in one campaign and 5 in the other and no ads display.
    - I have changed the display settings for the ads to "spread out over the day" and "display as fast as possible", and no ads display.

I have tried to contact Google support but am still waiting for a reply. The only thing I can think of is that there is some restriction in Google that won't let me just run through my budget and stop all the ads, which is what I want.

Any thoughts or help is much appreciated.

I use this tool to check and see if my ads are displaying.

    https://adwords.google.com/select/AdTargetingPreviewTool

Check to see if ads are disabled because of quality score.
Google also reviews account from time to time. It you tend to hit $50 daily limit and the account pauses this may be the cause.

    Hope this helps

When I run the keyword analysis tool it tells me "You have exceeded your daily budget for your account. As traffic is never constant from day to day, it is possible that you may accrue charges above or below your set limit. Learn more. (Please note that you may be eligible for an overdelivery credit.) "

How is that possible since I have had my daily budget at anywhere from $16 to $200? There is $1000 in the account and it hasn't been touched by Google. I have 5 keywords, all with quality scores of good. Google says that they cost me .05 to .30 per click. I am completely baffled by them saying that I am over my daily budget.

Some other people here also had problems with the "exceeded daily budget" problem.Maybe it is google's fault,a delay in the system or something...

Your best shoot is to contact their customer support.

I've done that twice now and no response other that the standard "we'll get back to you." :( I'm hoping that they are just backed up b/c of the US holiday weekend.

Must be nice to have so much $$$ that you don't care about little people wanting to pay good money for your service.

Actually it is monday so try maybe later today to concact them.

I think that their support is not available on sunday.

I think that they have too much users and that their support can't handle it.

Still no answer from Google. I tried their Adwords discussion group (which is a joke) and haven't had any intelligent responses. Anyone else with ideas?

I actually had the same problem as you...tried everything to no avail...

Waited for DAYS for Google's support emails, but then I found this:

Start a new campaign --> Start with keywords first --> then you see on that page on the right side a link where you can chat live with a Google employee.

She told me that my campaign was under review and that whenever I edit my campaign, I will go back to the end of the review que (spelling??)...that was a few hours ago, so I just don't touch it and try to wait it out...

    Good Luck
