Why do one of my site's ads appear instantly while the other's doesn't appear?(about 2 days already) The have almost the same keywords and same text on page, and a little different in the ad format

The only difference is name of channel and size. I would wonder if site is blocked by adsense if you ads have not shown up. You can try using same size ads to see if that makes a difference.
It can't be blocked by adsense because I just registered the domain name a few days ago. I changed the size, but nothing happened
