Ads near Custom Search Box and ON results page

Any thoughts on this - this is an old, fun thing I did a while back which still brings in a penny or two (usually two at most!): http://fridge-googling.blogspot.com/

1) Ad unit close to the search box - I have moved it 24px away to prevent accidental clicks, I want people to SEE the thing, but I wonder if this is still too close and would be frowned upon?

2) Ad unit appears on my search results page. It is against TOS to have Adsense on search result pages, but this is a page ON my site and the ad is there as part of the template, indeed I am not even sure how I would remove it on the search result page because it is the same template.

I will never get an answer if I ask Google directly because it's such an insignificant site, but any thoughts from you old Adsense hands?

 

i have checked your web site and i did not see anythink which is against the adsense tos
