Are there any places that have ads that look like Etology (thumbnail + location) which pay better?

Exoclick has thumbnail feature but i dont know if it pays better. What are the rates at Etology?

Ok, I know why my clicks were ****. I had 1000 clicks from non-US countries that don't pay out much. I earnt $8 today from only 344 clicks all US.
