ads in 'special'' popup allowed?

    i was just wondering if it's allowed to place ads in a popup (which isn't for a normal popup), but i want to add some ads in this one:

    bandwidth meter

    then clikc on the 'go' button and you'll get a popup that checks your download rate :) is that allowed? :) thanks

    Hmmm. I wouldn't.

    Nothing to stop you emailing Google to ask, of course. ;)
